Giang had to to re-imagine the interior & landscape of a 4 story monolithic semi-circle house in Pasadena, CA, which had a pool in the basement, oddly shaped rooms and no backyard, into a comfortable modern home. She was also the project manager. The color palette was black, white and gray. She converted the basement pool into an entertaining space/media room & removed a wall dividing the formal living room from the kitchen to create open concept. The custom cabinetry was in a high-gloss finish, plumbing fixtures were black, and the appliances were Thermador. The 3600 sq/ft house is now a 3 bedroom and 3.5 baths and sits on a quiet street with treetop views. It is on the market for $2.1-$2.2M.
