Giang designed the interior, landscape, hardscape, and lighting of this monolithic modern home in Pasadena, CA. As part of the landscape design, she used drought-tolerant plants to conserve water (cordyline red sensation & kangaroo paws) and greenwave sod, which  is low maintenance because it does not have to be mowed on a regular basis and looks fabulous on a hillside. She trimmed back the existing mature olive & evergreen trees in the front yard to give the house curb appeal while maintaining privacy.  The house is currently on the market for under $2M.
